As Founder of Allies in Wellness, I leverage 15 years of clinical experience, including seven navigating the frictions of insurance-based private practice. I believe macro-level impact starts with micro-level action and have a proven track record of building clinical environments that finally work for both the provider and the client.
Dr. Kat Holloway, Ph.D., LMHC, LPC (she/her)
Founder & Regulation Compliance
More than 20 years in clinical practice, addiction treatment, counselor training, and qualitative research. Doctoral faculty in Counselor Education and Supervision with extensive experience mentoring clinicians and supervising dissertations.
Founder of Elevated Earth, a nonprofit focused on creative education and community programming in rural Alabama. Passionate about building sustainable, clinician-led systems that expand access to mental health care while preserving professional autonomy.
